In terms of the number of largest fires of the 21st century, Australia had the most and also had the highest recorded number of deaths.
The African continent had the highest death rate caused by fire, accounting for the majority of fire deaths among 183 countries.
These are historical facts that cannot be denied. We can, however, let history not repeat itself in the near future. We may not totally prevent it but at least we may significantly contain it.
